SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
We aim to ship online orders within 5 days of receiving them, often sooner. Please check each item for delivery times as some will include a custom made frame that will take longer to ship. Commissions and pet portraits of course will take some time to complete which will be discussed with you prior to your booking.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We can accept returns within 14days if they are returned in original condition. Postage costs can not be refunded. If an item is received damaged please contact us within 7 days.

All of our art work is created using the highest quality Vegan materials. Please keep art works out of direct sunlight, high humidty or near heat sources such as radiators. If for any reason an art work shows any issues in the future please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with any unforeseen issues.
